We had a great year and hope you did too. December was a very busy month for us and we closed out the year on a very high note. This year we did everything from historic homes in Riverside/Avondale/San Marco to Fannie Mae foreclosures and rental income properties.

As our customer base continues to grow we are committed to grow with it offering more technology, more associates and staff, ensuring you are always the top priority. This year we went over 40 managed properties and closed almost half that many sales.

Even if you are facing possible PCS orders or a job transfer that is taking you out of the area, the rental market in Jacksonville is very hot. Right now there is no better investment than Real Estate. Buy a house and let someone else pay your mortgage! We were able to rent almost all of our customer’s houses out in less than a week, the last one I just listed went in 16 hours!!
Learning the Trade
For me personally getting to know the wide variety of properties available in Jacksonville has been a rewarding task. Negotiating prices to put someone in their first home, working with loan agents to put a family in a bigger home, and turning the keys over to a fantastic multifamily investment opportunity have been some of the highlights of my year.
As many of you know I have transferred up to the Patuxent River, Maryland Area and will be working a Defense Contracting job here for the foreseeable future. I plan on continuing to serve the Jacksonville area remotely and hopefully in the Spring associate with a Maryland broker and start a satellite business here in the Southern Maryland Area for our many JAX/PAX military transfers!

I will continue to have full Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS) access to set up searches, research properties, give you advice on comparable market values of properties, and to full throttle market your house. I will have associates locally who can show you houses or provide in person support to find your next home.

When you are ready to sell/rent your house we call on our team of professionals to photograph and market your house on over 70 websites. When it comes time to negotiate and place your house under lease or contract I will be on the phone with the buying/selling agent to make sure you get the best value for your dollar. I will follow your transaction with the help of my local network of loan agents, trusted inspectors, and maintenance professionals all ready to assist you.

As all of my former and current customers will tell you I am never late to respond to calls or emails. All of your contracts and questions will be handled personally by me as I step you through the process. When it comes time to close I will make every effort to be there with you as you cross the finish line to buying or selling your home!
